The Katella Band and Color Guard Boosters provide financial support for the Katella Band, Color Guard and Drum Line which includes but is not limited to instructional staff, equipment, and travel expenses to regional and national performances.
The Katella Band and Color Guard Boosters were created to promote the activities of the Katella Knights Royal Regiment. We lend all financial, moral, organizational, logistical and personnel support to advance the education of the students enrolled in instrumental music program at Katella High School. Our support, supplementing the basic musical education provided by tax dollars, allows our students to compete in parade reviews, field tournaments, color guard and drum line competitions. Our fundraising pays for instructors, transportation, equipment, costumes and infrastructure not otherwise provided by the public school system.
Booster Meetings are held virtually on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM. Check our Calendar or News and Notes section each month for details.
